Phone Card Recharge
You may have noticed many of our calling cards have a “phone card recharge” feature. What does this mean? It means you no longer have to get a new calling card PIN over and over every time you purchase more minutes. Just purchase a rechargeable phone card and when you run out of minutes you can add a balance to the old PIN on your international phone card. Recharge your card for the ultimate convenience!
When you reuse the same PIN not only do you not have to memorize a new PIN, all your account details stay the same. That means if you have a speed dial list on your old card you don’t have to redo it when you add more minutes.
Recharging your calling card is easy. Just log in to your account and click the “recharge” link next to your prepaid calling card. Recharge your card and never worry about memorizing a new PIN. Every time you do a prepaid phone card recharge we reset your expiration date to the full validity period of that particular phone card. The validity period varies per product, so if the phone card is valid for 3 months, after a new recharge, it will have another 3 months of service. We have phone cards that expire in three months, six months, and one year, as well as phone cards with no expiration date – they NEVER expire.
If you ever have trouble with your rechargeable phone card you can always call one of our friendly customer service representatives. They are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year to answer any questions or help you with any concerns you might have.
