What is “Recharge” feature?
It means that you can add balance to your old pin without buying a new Calling Card. The feature enables you use the same Calling Card pin over and over.

Will my card expire if I recharge it before the expiration date?
Every time you do a recharge, we reset your expiration date to a full validity period of the card. If the card is valid for 3 months, after a new recharge, it will have another 3 months of service.
Remember, validity period varies per product. We have calling cards that expire in 3 months, 6 months and one year. We also have calling cards that NEVER expire.

If I bought a rechargeable card, can I buy another one instead of recharging my old Calling Card?
You can buy a new card but if it's for yourself, we DO recommend that you recharge your old card instead of purchasing a new one. This will enable you to keep the same PIN, use the Pinless feature and the speed dial list on your old card without reconfiguring it with the new PIN.

Pinless Dial :
Is there a way I don't have to enter my pin every time I want to use my calling card?
Yes, we do offer smart Calling Cards that will recognize you when you dial the access number. Just configure your Pinless feature by adding the phone numbers that you will be using to make calls. Add your home, cell and work phone and forget about your pin number forever! You can register up to 6 phone numbers to use with your pin. All cards that support the Pinless feature are also rechargeable. With CallingCardPlus products, you will be able to take advantage of the great savings calling cards offer, while experiencing the convenience of easy dialing.

Pinless feature is the ability of the Calling Card provider to recognize you automatically without the need of entering your PIN number. It’s fast and convenient.

Which phone numbers can I register with my Pinless Calling Card?
You can register your home, your cell or your work number. Any US phone number that you will use to make calls with this calling card. Make sure to register phone numbers that belong to you only. Don't register your work number that is shared by other employees or dorm number that is shared by other colleagues.

How can I check if the phone number that I'm trying to register works with your system?
If this phone number appears on any caller id, then it will work with our system. Most cell phones have caller id feature, use your cell phone to check the number. If you dialed your cell phone from this number and the number appeared on your screen, then the number will work with our system.

I have caller ID Block on my phone, can I use the Pinless feature?
Yes. Please disable the caller ID Block each time you dial our Calling Card access number by dialing (* 82 ) before the access number.

At this moment, we only have some cards that support the Pinless feature and we are working on adding more. When you open the card detail page for the card you want to buy, it will indicate whether or not that card supports the Pinless feature.

How can I activate my Pinless Feature?
After buying the Calling Card, log in to your account and then click on the "Setup Pinless Dial " link. Just add all phones that you will be calling from. It's easy and convenient.

If I buy a new Calling Card, do I need to configure the Pinless Numbers again?
Yes, you will have to un-register the phone numbers with the old Calling Card pin and register them with the new pin. Please note that all the Pinless cards are also rechargeable, you don't have to buy a new Calling Card. Just recharge the old one and you are ready to go. Your Pinless configuration will stay the same.

Speed Dial :
What is "Speed Dial" Feature?
The Speed Dial feature allows you to store frequently dialed numbers and they will automatically be dialed for you. First you create a Speed Dial List of all the numbers that you call frequently, Dial the access number of the Calling Card, when you are asked to enter your destination number, just dial the speed code followed by the # sign. The system will dial the number for you.

What are the benefits of the "Speed Dial" feature?
It makes your life easier! Using a calling card has never been easier. Just add your frequently dialed numbers to the list and memorize the 2 digit speed dial code. In addition, it offers you a hassle free dialing process. No need to dial a country code , city code and destination number. Just dial the speed dial code (2 to 99) and the system will dial the number for you.
